Last month … Single-Family Homes sold for an average of $1,281,724 (one million, two hundred eighty one thousand, seven hundred twenty four dollars). The actual range was $730,000 to $2,300,000 and it took an average of 18 days to sell. Comparing November 2024 to November 2023, average sold price for single family homes is up 28.4% from last year. Year-to-date median sold price for single-family homes has a 0% change from last year.
In Walnut Creek California, we have 171 total homes that are active for sale, 90 are under contract, and 94 sold last month. Last month… Single-Family Homes sold for an average of $1,541,061(one million five hundred and forty one thousand, and sixty one dollars). The actual range was $910,000 to $2,700,000 and it took an average of 26 days to sell. Comparing November 2024 to November 2023, average sold price for single family homes is down 4.9% from last year. Year-to-date median sold price for single family homes is up 6.7% from last year.
In Lafayette California, we have 37 total homes that are active for sale, 16 are under contract, and 24 sold last month. Last month… Single Family Homes sold for an average of $2,205,812 (two million two hundred and five thousand, eight hundred twelve dollars). The actual range was $1,050,000 to $5,200,000 and it took an average of 22 days to sell. Comparing November 2024 to November 2023, average sold price for single family homes is up 8.8% from last year. Year-to-date median sold price for single-family homes is up 5.3% change from last year.
