Who Runs This Site
This site is owned and operated by Tanja Odzak, REALTOR® (DRE #01992169), with eXp Realty. By using this site, you agree to these Terms of Service, along with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms that apply to a specific page or form.
These terms may be updated from time to time, with the current version and effective date always posted here. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update.

What This Site Is and Is Not
This site describes Tanja's general process and services in the East Bay and the wider San Francisco Bay Area. It is not legal, tax, lending, or investment advice, and nothing on it is an offer of representation until a written agreement is signed.
Text Messages (SMS)
1. What this program is. If you enter your phone number in a form on this site and tick the text message box, you agree that Tanja Odzak, REALTOR® with eXp Realty, directly or through a service provider acting for her, may send you text messages at that number. These include appointment confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling updates, replies to your questions and customer support, and marketing messages about homes for sale, market updates, and her real estate services. Some messages may be sent with automated technology. Agreeing is not required to buy or sell a home, to use this site, or to work with Tanja.
2. Cancel at any time. Text "STOP" to the number that messaged you. You will get a confirmation, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. To start again, sign up the way you did the first time.
3. Help. Reply "HELP" for assistance, or contact OdzakGoppold@gmail.com or (415) 722-0472 during business hours.
4. Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The program works with the major U.S. wireless carriers.
5. Rates and frequency. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you and from you. How often you get messages varies with your inquiry, your appointments, and the messages you agreed to. Questions about your plan go to your wireless provider.
6. Age. You must be 18 or older to take part.
7. Privacy. See the Privacy Policy for how your phone number and the record of your consent are kept.
Listing and Market Information
Where this site shows listing or market information, that data comes from the MLS, an IDX feed, or a third-party provider, and it may lag behind the live market or contain errors. Any price, days-on-market, or other figure is accurate only as of the date it was pulled, and should never be treated as a current, guaranteed number.
