She was thoughtful, curious and determined. She talked to the city (thank goodness because I didn’t want to do that!) and to the sellers realtor and kept us aprised of all the happenings throughout the process. She even recommended we have someone come out (free of charge thanks to her network!) to check out the land and talk to us about how big we could dream (keeping us realistic). It was perfect.
