Let’s take a look at what’s happening in Berkeley CA. Is it a good time to sell or buy? In Berkeley, currently at the time of this video, we have 48 single family homes that are active for sale, 23 are currently under contract, and 54 single family homes sold last month. Last month … Single Family Homes sold for an average of $1,506,000 (one million, five hundred and four thousand dollars). The actual range was 675,000 to 2,850,000. It took an average of 29 days to sell.
You also may be asking, is it a good time to sell or buy in Oakland California. In Oakland, we have 345 single family homes that are active for sale, 183 are currently under contract, and 149 single family homes sold last month. Last month… Single Family Homes sold for an average of $1,095,000 (one million, two hundred and fourty four thousand dollars). The actual range was 285,000 to 3,330,000. It took an average of 22 days to sell.
