and this is going so far as vallejo

homes and vallejo are getting like 16

offers even pittsburgh

pittsburgh is getting

like homes are getting 37 offers

i’m hearing things you know about

the san ramon valley where houses

are going for way over the market

value, the appraised value

and even as far down as tracy

 tracy is also going crazy

so right now it’s a really important

time if you’re looking to buy a house

make sure that you’re working with an

agent that knows how to be competitive in a

very competitive market.

so oakland right now the city of oakland

has 225 single family homes for sale on

the market right now this is up five

percent

from the previous week putting it at

eight tenths of a month worth of

inventory it’s currently taking an

average of 28 days for a home to get

into contract and last week 40 were

41 homes were sold for an average sales

price of $943 000

for condos currently oakland has 131

condos for sale on the market right now

this is down six percent

from the previous week putting us at 1.1

months

worth of inventory it’s taken an average

of 40 days for a condo to get into

contract

and last week 13 were sold for an

average sales price of 613 000

berkeley right now the city of berkeley

has 38 single-family homes for sale on

the market right now this is all at the

time of this recording

um this is down seven percent from the

previous week

putting us at months worth of inventory

as nine tenths

of a month it’s currently taking an

average of 34 days to get on the market

right now and last week 11 homes were

sold for an average sales price of

1.464 million dollars

for condos berkeley currently has 13

condos for sale on the market right now

this is up eight percent from the

previous week putting out 1.9 months

worth of inventory on the market right

now

currently it’s taking about 39 days

for a condo to get into contract and

last week no homes were assault
