Today’s buyers have a lot of expectations. They have access to a lot of information online and are well aware of what similar homes are selling for in your area. If your home is priced too high, it may turn buyers away, even if it’s a great property. That is why the first 30 Days after going live on the market is crucial. Homes that are priced correctly from the very start often sell faster and at or above asking price, while homes that linger on the market without any offers may eventually need a price reduction. 

So, how do you price your home right? Work with an experienced Agent that will provide you with a comparative market analysis or CMA to determine the right price based on similar homes recently sold in your area. They will help you understand the current market trends and how they might affect your sales. And most importantly, you need to stay open-minded and realistic. Be open to feedback and adjust expectations if necessary. Don’t let emotions stand in the way of your home selling quickly and for top dollar.
