Last month … Single Family Homes sold for an average of $1,125,350 (one million, one hundred twenty five thousand, three hundred fifty dollars). Comparing Feb 2024 to 2023, average sold price is up 6.4% this year. The actual range was 765,000 to 1,760,000. It took an average of 36 days to sell. Year to Date median sold price is up 22.1%.
In Walnut Creek California, we have 31 single family homes that are active for sale, 29 are under contract, and 21 sold last month. Last month… Single Family Homes sold for an average of $1,562,380 (one million five hundred and sixty tow thousand, three hundred and eighty dollars). Comparing Feb 2024 to 2023, average sold price is down 5% this year. The actual range was 855,000 to 2,825,000. It took an average of 16 days to sell. Year to Date median sold price is up 3.6%
In Lafayette California, we have 30 single family homes that are active for sale, 12 are under contract, and 17 sold last month. Last month… Single Family Homes sold for an average of $2,667,718 (two million six hundred sixty seven thousand, seven hundred and eighteen dollars). Comparing Feb 2024 to 2023, average sold price is up 14.2% this year. The actual range was 1,130,000 to 6,500,000. It took an average of 12 days to sell. Year to Date median sold price is down 2.3%
