In Pleasant Hill, CA, At the time of this video, we have 52 total homes that are active for sale, 23 are under contract, and 22 sold last month. Last month … Single-Family Homes sold for an average of $1,090,972 (one million, four hundred thirty five thousand, six hundred and ninety two dollars). The actual range was $775,000 to $1,675,000 and it took an average of 30 days to sell. Comparing March 2026 to March 2025, average sold price for single-family homes was down 11.2%. 2026 Year-to-date median sold price for single-family homes is down 1.1% compared to the same time period last year.
In Walnut Creek, California, we have 252 total homes that are active for sale, 94 are under contract, and 118 sold last month. Last month… Single-Family Homes sold for an average of $1,733,012 (nine hundred ninety six thousand, four hundred and seventy six dollars). The actual range was $782,500 to $4,500,000 and it took an average of 12 days to sell. Comparing March 2026 to March 2025, average sold price for single-family homes was up 11.1%. 2026 Year-to-date median sold price for single-family homes is down 4.3% compared to the same time period last year.
In Lafayette California, we have 57 total homes that are active for sale, 18 are under contract, and 25 sold last month. Last month… Single-Family Homes sold for an average of $2,936,304 (nine hundred ninety six thousand four hundred and seventy six dollars). The actual range was $1,399,000 to $5,600,000 and it took an average of 27 days to sell. Comparing March 2026 to March 2025, average sold price for single-family homes was up 34%. 2026 Year-to-date median sold price for single-family homes is up 9.5% compared to the same time period last year.
Keep in mind that these are city averages, and it erases the nuance of the market because it averages out all the variables… like location, condition, marketing, skill of the agent, how many and what kind of house is being sold and more.
