In Pleasant Hill, we currently at the time of this video have 23 single family homes that are active for sale, 16 are currently under contract, and 20 single family homes sold over the past 30 days. Looking at what happened in March … Single Family Homes sold for an average of $1,050,000 (one million, five hundred and four thousand dollars). The actual range was 625,00 to 1,750,000. In March the average sold price for a single family homes was 1.4% over list and it took an average of 12 days to sell.
Keep in mind that these are just averages across the whole city, these all vary depending on location, condition, type of home, and more.
