Looking at what happened in March … Single Family Homes sold for an average of $1,050,000 (one million, five hundred and four thousand dollars). The actual range was 625,00 to 1,750,000. In March the average sold price for a single family homes was 1.4% over list and it took an average of 12 days to sell.
