Hey Pleasant Hill! YOU READY FOR YOUR LOCAL MARKET UPDATE? As we move into the 2023 Holiday Season, we are still seeing low housing inventory in Pleasant Hill. Mortgage rates hit 8% mid October for a 23-year high, and conversations about Mortgage rate buy-downs are back on the table!

Let’s take a look at what’s happening in Pleasant Hill CA. Is it a good time to sell or buy? Currently at the time of this video, Pleasant Hill has 26 single family homes that are active for sale, 12 are currently under contract, and 22 single family homes sold last month. Last month … Single Family Homes in Pleasant Hill sold for an average of $1,201,945 (one million, five hundred and four thousand dollars).  Year-over-Year, This is actually UP 27%, when compared to October 2022! The actual range was 720,000 to 2,375,000.  It took an average of 22 days to sell. Pleasant Hill is doing great compared to some other East Bay cities.

Keep in mind that these are city averages and it doesn’t take all the variables into account… like location, condition, skill of the agent, and more.
