Hey Pleasant Hill! YOU READY FOR YOUR LOCAL MARKET UPDATE? As we move into the last few months of 2023, we are still seeing lower-than-average inventory. We are seeing homes move due to the supply and demand with buyers active despite higher mortgage rates.

Let’s take a look at what’s happening in Pleasant Hill CA. Is it a good time to sell or buy? In Pleasant Hill, we currently at the time of this video have 20 single family homes that are active for sale, 14 are currently under contract, and 20 single family homes sold last month. Looking at what happened over the last month … Single Family Homes sold for an average of $1,203, 995 (one million, five hundred and four thousand dollars).  The actual range was 800,000 to 2,098,000. It took an average of 17 days to sell.  

Keep in mind that these are city averages and it averages out all the variables like location, condition, skill of the agent, and more.
