The Summer housing market has been robust and surprisingly active but we are still seeing lower-than-average inventory.  Homes are moving and the buyers are more active. In Pleasant Hill, at the time of this video have 20 single family homes that are active for sale, 20 are currently under contract, and 15 single family homes sold last month. Looking at what happened over the last month … Single Family Homes sold for an average of $1,356,400 (one million, five hundred and four thousand dollars).  The actual range was 905,000 to 1,900,000. It took an average of 8 days to sell.  

Keep in mind that these are city averages and takes into account the whole range of variables like location, condition, skill of the agent, and more.
