PLEASANT HILL Real Estate Market Update

Hey Pleasant Hill! 2024 is off to a great start! So it’s time for your MARKET UPDATE! I The market is heating up and I’ve got the latest stats for you right here. But for now, let’s look at what’s happening right here in Pleasant Hill! 

Hi, I’m Tanja Odzak, eXp Realty, and I help people sell and buy homes here in the East Bay.

Let’s take a look at what’s happening in Pleasant Hill CA!  At the time of this video, there are 13 single family homes that are active for sale, 9 under contract, and 12 were sold last month. Last month … Single Family Homes sold for an average of $1,199,919 (one million, twenty three thousand, nine hundred and twenty three dollars).  Year-over-Year average price is up 12.4% when compared to January of last year. The actual range was 618,000 to 2,270,000.  It took an average of 34 days to sell. Year to Date median sales price is down 2.3%.

Keep in mind that these are city averages, and it erases the nuance of the market because it  averages out all the variables… like location, condition, skill of the agent, what kind of house is being sold and more.
