Let’s take a look at what’s happening in Pleasant Hill CA! At the time of this video, there are 13 single family homes that are active for sale, 14 under contract, and 16 were sold last month. Last month … Single Family Homes sold for an average of $1,097,937 (one million, twenty three thousand, nine hundred and twenty three dollars). Year-over-Year average price is down 1.9% when compared to December last year. The actual range was 700,000 to 2,060,000. It took an average of 26 days to sell. Year to Date median sales price is down 3%.
Keep in mind that these are city averages, and it erases the nuance of the market because it averages out all the variables… like location, condition, skill of the agent, what kind of house is being sold and more.
