In Berkeley, currently at the time of this video, we have 39 single family homes that are active for sale, 28 are currently under contract, and 33 single family homes sold last month. Last month … Single Family Homes sold for an average of $1,584,963 (one million, five hundred and four thousand dollars). The actual range was 801,000 to 3,200,000. It took an average of 20 days to sell.
You also may be asking, is it a good time to sell or buy in Oakland California. In Oakland, we have 336 single family homes that are active for sale, 168 are currently under contract, and 174 single family homes sold last month. Last month… Single Family Homes sold for an average of $1,080,435 (one million, two hundred and fourty four thousand dollars). The actual range was 199,000 to 3,525,000. It took an average of 26 days to sell.
