Let’s take a look at what’s happening in Pleasant Hill CA! At the time of this video, we have 26 single-family homes that are active for sale, 14 under contract, and 25 were sold last month. Last month … Single Family Homes sold for an average of $1,330,260 (one million, three hundred thirty thousand, two hundred sixty dollars). The actual range was 900,000 to 1,995,000 and it took an average of 15 days to sell. Comparing April 2024 to April 2023, average sold price is up 7.5% this year. Year to Date median sold price is up 11.9%
In Walnut Creek California, we have 55 single-family homes that are active for sale, 37 are under contract, and 29 sold last month. Last month… Single Family Homes sold for an average of $1,580,586 (one million five hundred and eighty thousand, five hundred and eighty-six dollars). The actual range was 850,000 to 2,315,000 and it took an average of 14 days to sell. Comparing April 2024 to April 2023, average sold price is up 3.1% this year. Year to Date median sold price is up 7.7%
In Lafayette California, we have 41 single-family homes that are active for sale, 30 are under contract, and 21 sold last month. Last month… Single Family Homes sold for an average of $2,440,429 (two million four hundred forty thousand, four hundred twenty-nine dollars). The actual range was 1,155,000 to 4,200,000 and it took an average of 10 days to sell. Comparing April 2024 to April 2023, average sold price is down 8% this year. Year to Date median sold price is up 10%
Keep in mind that these are city averages, and it erases the nuance of the market because it average out all the variables… like location, condition, skill of the agent, what kind of house is being sold, and more.
