According to Realtor.com, on average active inventory in June was 50.6% below pre-pandemic 2017-2019 levels, So, how does this impact you as a seller? Data is showing that homes that are priced right are still selling quickly with an average of 18 days on the market and seeing multiple offers in some areas. On average the number of offers sellers are receiving is up to 3 offers. As a seller, this is putting you in a good position to negotiate a contract that allows you the best return on your investment.
