Consumer confidence has hit a 16-month high after the 2024 November election. More people feel secure making big financial decisions like listing their home. And finally, buyers are hungry. Buyers are tired of sitting on the fence waiting for the shifts to happen. They are now taking action and homebuying demand is up, making it a perfect time to take advantage of the market’s energy.

Recent data shows mortgage applications are up 18% month over month and
pending home sales are climbing. More buyers are adapting to the new normal of
