Even though home prices have declined slightly in some markets, they are still higher overall than a few years ago. This is mainly due to the low inventory we are experiencing.
Home No Longer Meets Our Needs Thirty-two percent state they have outgrown their current home. The average person has been in their home for ten years. For some, that is a long time, and a lot of changes impact what you need in a home.
Move Close to Family Twenty-Seven Percent of homeowners want to live closer to friends and family and twenty-five percent want to downsize to a smaller home that has less maintenance and work.
