Breaking News! The housing market supply is on the rise, the biggest increase in nearly a year!!

The latest report from Redfin Real Estate News is reporting the total number of U.S. homes for sale climbed 5%, the biggest year-over-year uptick since May 2023.
We all know the housing market has been suffering from low inventory causing many buyers to sit on the fence and wait to purchase their dream home. This recent surge in listings is bringing more buyers back to the market. We are also seeing mortgage applications up, telling us buyers are back out in the market. All this increase in inventory has yet to dampen price growth. According to Redfin Real Estate News, the median U.S. home sale price is up nearly 6% year over year, the second biggest increase since October 2022.
Keep in mind, that mortgage rates are still trending a little high but are expected to gradually decline throughout the year. So with all of this good news, what are you waiting for?!
