We are seeing interest rates in the 6 percent range, something we have not seen most of last year, especially that last half. This is great news for buyers to start shopping again for the home of their dreams!
Sellers, with buyer demand now increasing, it is a great time to list your property for sale. Home prices are still strong across the East Bay and the increase of buyers into the market will allow for more showings and offers on your property.
