In Pleasant Hill, currently at the time of this video, there are 18 single family homes that are active for sale, 8 are currently under contract, and 19 single family homes sold over the past 30 days. Looking at what happened in December… Single Family Homes sold for an average of $1,126,000 (one million, thirty three thousand dollars), this average was UP about 10.7% from November to December. If we compare Dec 2022 to Dec 2021, Average sold price was down by 5.7%. In November single family homes sold for 97% of their asking price and it took an average of 32 days to sell.
