Let’s take a look at what’s happening in Berkeley CA. Is it a good time to sell or buy? In Berkeley, currently at the time of this video, we have 68 single family homes that are active for sale, 28 are currently under contract, and 40 single family homes sold last month. Last month … Single Family Homes sold for an average of $1,693,650 (one million, five hundred and four thousand dollars). The actual range was 850,000 to 3,900,000. It took an average of 18 days to sell.
You also may be asking, is it a good time to sell or buy in Oakland California. In Oakland, we have 465 single family homes that are active for sale, 189 are currently under contract, and 147 single family homes sold last month. Last month… Single Family Homes sold for an average of $1,145,742 (one million, two hundred and fourty four thousand dollars). The actual range was 275,000 to 4,250,000. It took an average of 28 days to sell.
