“If you’re looking to buy a house, just call Tanja and she’ll tell you what to do first. Which is like, what do you do first? Call Tanja. Let’s get it. Trust me. Trust. Tanja was amazing. She helped us, you know, figure out what we had to do next. We would call her all the time pretty much any hour to clarify something we probably should have known and she was totally awesome. She would explain it, explain it well. The sale was not the most straightforward. It was pretty complicated and I can honestly say that without Tanja, I do not believe we would have closed on this house. A huge thing I really liked is obviously, if you’re looking for homes, you gotta walk into the house. And you know, in the open market, all these houses are like over 100 years old.
Obviously, there’s a lot of stuff that without the expertise, you can totally miss. You have inspections to find those things but going through houses and being able to have some idea what’s going on before you get to the inspections is invaluable. When we walked into the house, Tanja never felt, it never felt like Tanja was trying to just sell the house to us or wouldn’t point things out. She was the biggest critic the moment we walked through the door and that was awesome. Um you know, things you wouldn’t even think about. She would point this out. She’d point that out. She’d point things out that weren’t in compliance or maybe a sign of water damage or all these different things and I think the that foresight and that, you know, expertise having someone with that expertise in the door on your side that’s not just trying to get the sale through was absolutely awesome and just seeing homes and just deciding at that moment, it’s not the home move on or damn, it’s in pretty, pretty good shape and this price is actually a good price.”
