Last week 9 were sold within a media days of market of 12. Average sold price for last week was $1,722,000. For condos that are currently 10 are on the market. 9 are pending. That was 1.1 months worth of inventory. Last week 2 were sold within a median days of market of 15. The average sold price for last week was so and $725,000.
- For Oakland, there are currently 267 single family homes for sale on the
market right now. 257 are pending. That is 1 month’s worth of inventory. Last week, 49 were sold within a median days on market of 12. Average sold price for last week was $1,186,000. For condos, there are currently 128 that on the market, 92 are pending. That is 1.4 months worth of inventory. Last week, 14 were sold within a median days on market of 13. Average sold price for last week was $605,000. - Piedmont has 14 single family homes in the market right now, 7 are pending. That is 2 months worth of inventory last week. 2 were sold within a median days on market of 0 for an average sold price of $2.5 million
dollars. - Lamorinda there are currently 44 active single family homes for sale on the market right now. There are 73 that are pending. That is 6/10 of a month’s worth of inventory. Last week 22 were sold within a median days of market of 7. Average sold price for last week was $2,492,590. For condos and townhouses. There are 13 that are on the market right now. 21 are pending. That is 65/10 a month worth of inventory. Last week 4 were sold within a median days of market of 5. Average sold price for last week was $849,000.
