27Apr2022 Real Estate Market Update-San Francisco, East Bay, Oakland, Berkeley, Piedmont, Lamorinda

Hi this is Tanja with your Weekly Market Update for the San Francisco East Bay Area. This is for Berkeley, Oakland, Piedmont and Lamorinda for the week of April 27th 2022.  I’m in Calistoga right now. So once I am done doing this I’m going to go soak myself in some mineral hot springs and turn myself into a blog. Which I’m really looking forward to.

  • Berkeley there are currently fifty-8 active single family homes for sale. There are currently 58 that are pending. That is 1 month’s worth of inventory. Last week 20 were sold within a media days on market of 14. Average sold price for last week was $1,945,000, For condos there are currently 12 that are on the market. 8 that are pending. That is 1.5 months worth of inventory. Last week 4 were sold within a median a market of 12. Average sold price for last week was $822,000. 
  • For Oakland there are currently 297 single family homes for sale on the market right now, 276 are pending. That is 1.1 months worth of inventory. So last week 59 were sold within a median days of market of 13. Average sold price for last week was $1,386,000. For condos, 27 are on the market right now, 98 are pending. That is 1.3 months worth of inventory. Last week 14 were sold within a median days on market of 12. Average sold price for last week was $860,000.
  • For Piedmont, there are 20 that are currently on the market. 7 are currently pending. That is 2.9 months worth of inventory. Last week 1 was sold. For media days on market of 13. Average sold price for last week was $2,350,000.
  • For Lamorinda, there are currently 58 active single family homes for sale on the market, 77 are pending and that is 8/10 month worth of inventory. Last week 21 were sold within a median days of market of 8. Average sold price was $2,551,000. For condos and townhouses, there are currently 10 that are on the market, 13 are pending and that is is 0.8 months worth of inventory. Last week, 7 were sold within a median days on market of and the average sold price for last week was $1,195,000.
