This is your weekly market update for the San Francisco East Bay Area. For the week of March 16th 2022. This is for Berkeley, Oakland, Piedmont, and Lamorinda.
- For Berkeley, there are currently 43 active single family homes for sale on the market right now and 42 are pending. That’s 1 month’s worth of inventory. Last week 10 were sold within a median days on market of 12. Average sold price for last week was $2,153,000. For condos, there are 8 on the market, 11 are pending and that is 7/10 of a month worth of inventory. Last week 2 were sold within a median days on market of 11 and last week’s average sold price was $1,265,000.
- For Oakland, there are 260 single family homes for sale on the market right now. There are currently 237 that are pending and that is 1.1 months worth of inventory. Last week 60 were sold within a median days of market of 12. Average sold price for last week was $1,284,000. For condos and townhouses, 121 are active on the market right now. There are 117 that are currently pending. That’s 1 month’s worth of inventory. Last week, 16 were sold within a median days of market 27. Average sold price for last week was $699,000.
- For Piedmont, there’s 9 on the market, 6 are pending and that’s 1.5 months worth of inventory. Last week 1 was sold within 24 days and for $1,420,000.
- For Lamorinda, there’s 39 active single family homes for sale on the market, 60 are pending and that is 7/10 of a month worth of inventory. Last week 11 were sold within a median days of market of 10. Average sold price for last week was $2,953,000. For condos, there’s 12 on the market, 14 are pending and that is 9/10 of a month worth of inventor. Last week, none were sold.
