This is your weekly market update for the San Francisco East Bay for Oakland Piedmont and Lamorinda for the week of March 9th, 2022.
- Oakland has 242 active single family homes for sale on the market right now. 241 are pending. That is 1 month’s worth of inventory. Last week 51 were sold within a median days on market of 10. The average sold price was $1,362,000. For condos and townhouses we have 1 24 on the market right now. There are 113 that are pending. That id 1.1 months worth of inventory. Last week were sold within a median days of market of 19. Average sold price was $723,000.
- For Berkeley, we currently have 44 active single family homes for sale on the market right now and 37 are pending. That is 1.2 months worth of inventory. Last week, 13 were sold within a median days on market of 12. Average sold price for last week was $1,923,000. Condos, there are 7 that are on the market, 11 are pending. That is 6/10 of a month worth of inventory. Last week 3 were sold with a median days on market of 10. Average sold price was $829,000.
- For Piedmont they are currently 9 active on the market, 6 are pending. That’s 1.5 months worth of inventory. Last week 2 were sold in a median days on market of 9. Average sold price was $1,869,000.
- For Lamorinda, we got 40 single family for sale on the market right now. There are 48 that are pending. That is 8/10 of a month’s worth of inventory last week. 13 were sold within a median days on market of 7. Average sold price for last week. $2,581,000. For condos there are 10 that are on the market right now and 9 are pending. Last week there were 3 sold within a media days of market of 7 and the average sold price was $1,461,000.
