08June2022 Real Estate Market Update-San Francisco, East Bay, Oakland, Berkeley, Piedmont, Lamorinda

Hi neighbor. This is your weekly market update for the San Francisco East Bay Area. This is for Berkeley, Oakland, Piedmont, and Lamorinda for the week of June 8th, 2022.

  • Berkeley has 60 active single family homes for sale on the market right now, and 60 are pending. There is 1 month worth of inventory on the market right now. Last week 19 were sold for a median days on market of 13 at an average sold price of $2,074,000. For condos, there are 19 active not the market, 9 are pending and that’s 2.1 months worth of inventory. Last week 3 were sold within a median days on market of 10. Average sold price was $1,180,000.
  • For Oakland, there are currently 361 active single family homes for sale, 251 are pending and that’s 1.4 months worth of inventory. Last week 53 were sold within a median days on market of 12. Average sold price was $1,468,000. For condos, there are 162 that are on the market right now and 66 are pending. That is 2.5 months worth of inventory. Last week 15 were sold within a media days on market of 14 and the average sold price was $797,000.
  • For Piedmont, 22 are on the market and 12 are pending. That’s 1.8 months worth of inventory. Last week 5 were sold within  median days on market of 12. The average sold price for last week was $4,012,000.
  • For Lamorinda, 66 are on the market and 60 are pending. That’s 1.1 months worth of inventory. Last week 26 were sold within 7 days median. Average sold price was $2,467,000. And for condos and townhouses 11 are on the market and 20 are pending. That’s 8/10 months worth of inventory. Last week, 3 were sold within a media market of 20 and the average sales price was $1,177,000.
