This is your weekly market update for the San Francisco, East Bay Area. This is for Berkeley, Oakland, Piedmont, and Lamorinda for the week of May 4th, 2022. This is Tanja Odzak with eXp Realty and let’s get into it.
- So Berkeley has 72 active single family homes for sale on the market right now. There are currently 49 that are pending. That is 1.5 months worth of inventory. Last week 16 were sold within a median days of market 14, the average sold price for last week was $2,332,000. For condos, there are currently 12 on the market and 11 are pending. That is 1.1 months worth of inventory. Last week, 1 was sold in 13 days for $951,000.
- For Oakland, there are currently 302 single family homes for sale on the market right now, 277 are pending. That is 1.1 months worth of inventory. Last week, 56 homes were sold within a median days on market of 13 and the average sold price for last week was $1,380,000. For condos, there are 131 currently on the market right now. Last week 85 were sold that’s 1.5 months worth of inventory. Last week 32 were sold within a media days on market of 13. Average sold price for last week was $765,000.
- For Piedmont there are currently 12 active. There are 13 that are pending and that is 9/10 of a month’s worth of inventory. Last week 4 were sold within a median days of market of 13. Average sold price for last week was $3,013,000.
- For Lamorinda, there are currently 60 active single single family homes for sale on the market, 78 are pending, that is 8/10 of a month’s worth of inventory. Last week 23 single family homes were sold within a median days of market of 8. Average sold price for last week was $2,311,000. For condos. There are 10 are active on the market, and 12 are pending. That is 8/10 of a month’s worth of inventory. Last week 7 were sold within a median days of market of 7. Average sold price for last week was $1,039,000.
