Starting with Pleasant Hill, CA! At the time of this video, we have 35 total homes that are active for sale, 17 are under contract, and 22 sold last month. Last month … Single-Family Homes sold for an average of $1,199,892 (one million, four hundred thirty five thousand, six hundred and ninety two dollars). The actual range was $680,000 to $1,750,000 and it took an average of 27 days to sell. Comparing November 2025 to November 2024, average sold price for single-family homes was down 12.8%. 2025 Year-to-date median sold price for single-family homes is down 1.7% compared to the same time period last year.
In Walnut Creek, California, we have 179 total homes that are active for sale, 98 are under contract, and 87 sold last month. Last month… Single-Family Homes sold for an average of $1,539,711 (nine hundred ninety six thousand, four hundred and seventy six dollars). The actual range was $800,000 to $2,695,000 and it took an average of 28 days to sell. Comparing November 2025 to November 2024, average sold price for single-family homes was up 1.4%. 2025 Year-to-date median sold price for single-family homes is down 4.7% compared to the same time period last year.
In Lafayette California, we have 37 total homes that are active for sale, 18 are under contract, and 31 sold last month. Last month… Single-Family Homes sold for an average of $2,515,707 (nine hundred ninety six thousand four hundred and seventy six dollars). The actual range was $1,250,000 to $6,600,000 and it took an average of 33 days to sell. Comparing November 2025 to November 2024, average sold price for single-family homes was up 13.1%. 2025 Year-to-date median sold price for single-family homes is a 0% change from the same time period last year.
Keep in mind that these are city averages, and it erases the nuance of the market because it averages out all the variables… like location, condition, marketing, skill of the agent, how many and what kind of house is being sold and more.
