We’re seeing that now – so what is going to happen if you don’t take advantage of this year’s market? 

Waiting might feel safe, but at some point it will cost you tens of thousands, likely hundreds of thousands, more on your next home. And what’s worse than paying more? Living in a house that no longer fits your life. And fear is the #1 thing that keeps people living small, settling, and missing out on what’s possible. 
AND. The market’s not going to pause and let’s be honest neither is your life. We’re not getting any younger, and kids don’t stop growing. It’s time to stop thinking in percentages.
